If you are being relocated by an employer, you are fortunate in that your employer and relocation coordinator will take an active interest in the process to insure that you are matched with the most professional real estate agent(s) available. It is in their and your best interest that you deal with only knowledgeable, experienced and best trained agent possible.

This is possible because your relocation company has chosen a select few brokerages to handle their business. These few firms have in turn chosen a select core of agents to undergo intense training regarding your process and how best to accomodate your needs. We are two of these select agents. We have been completely trained and certified by Prudential CT Realty to represent both buyer and seller transferees.

No matter which relocation company is representing you, we are qualified to service your needs on their behalf. Whether you are selling or buying, you should do some advanced scouting for a realtor who you think would be a good fit. Once you have made your choice, feel free to express that choice to your coordinator. Otherwise you may be assigned a realtor who, even though qualified to service you, may not be the right match for you.
